Not a course. Not a challenge. A group who actually shows up, and expects you to.
But it does.
It always starts the same way. One bad day. So you make yourself feel better. You cheat on your diet, you don't work on the project. You give yourself a break. You even tell yourself skipping the workout is a good thing. "I'll feel more rested tomorrow."
Then you sleep in, and if today is already ruined, why not enjoy it? Get a burger, watch more TV, go to bed late. Next thing you know the whole 'New Me' plan is shot.
Then the shame sets in. You're skipping the gym regularly, eating worse, and sliding straight back into every bad habit you were trying to break.
Then comes the weeks of staying there. Is it fun to eat processed foods and do what you want? Fuck yeah. It tastes better, you get to relax.
But are you really? You feel bloated, hate how you look, and remember why you wanted to change.
There's the spark. You write a new plan. You feel the sun hit your new body as you lay on the beach once all this hard work pays off. You can hear your co-workers complimenting you. It's genuinely exciting.
So you take the motivation and make the meal plan, build the workout program, buy an alarm clock and start charging your phone outside the bedroom. You even delete Instagram.
You account for everything that derailed you last time. You didn't fail — you learned.
It starts off great. You feel better, you're waking up early, you're reading more than ever and the scale is going down week by week. Then BOOM, your boss has a shit day and takes it out on you. Or you sleep in by accident. You celebrate too hard one weekend and can't workout. You get the flu. But surely it won't unravel again, you'll hop back on. But it does unravel, and you don't hop right back on.
You collect pages of failed habit trackers, put the weight back on, lose the strength, have more self-help books than you'd ever admit. What did this 'New Plan' get you besides a deep animosity toward your own potential.
You don't blame anyone else, you take responsibility, but that doesn't make the shame smaller. You're still angry. Still frustrated. Still on the same hamster wheel.
And the worst part? If you got that spark again — and you will — will it be the same?
The wheel doesn't stop because you try harder. You've proven that. It stops when you invest in yourself the right way. Not another program. Not another plan. A group that's in it with you — because they've been exactly where you are. You check in. You get called out. You help others do the same. Consistency stops being something you chase alone and starts being something you build together.
Simple structure. Real accountability. No fluff.
Commit to one workout every three days — at minimum. Check in daily, every other day, whenever you need to. Just don't go longer than three days without showing up. Not sure where to start? We provide pre-made workout programs for different fitness levels and equipment situations on day one — or bring your own.
Pick one additional goal that matters to you. Diet. A personal project. Sleep. Reading. You name it, you own it, the group holds you to it.
This isn't just a check-in board. Struggling with something? Post it. You have a facilitator and up to 19 other men who've been exactly where you are. Ask for advice, share a win, or just show up. Someone will always be there.
Every Saturday. One hour. Facilitated. Capped at 20 men. Talk about what's working, what isn't, and what's next. Optional — but you'll show up.
Real accountability with men who get it.
Private. Personalized. Built for those ready to invest seriously in themselves.
Everything you need to know before you join.
You post in the private community every three days — minimum. Share your workout, your progress on your second goal, or just show up. Daily check-ins are encouraged.
Someone will notice. That's the point. The facilitator and your peers will call it out — not to shame you, but because that's what you signed up for.
Month to month. No contracts. Cancel anytime. We do ask that you give it a real shot before you decide.
A private community platform. Details shared on day one after you join.
A real person — not a bot, not an algorithm. Details on your facilitator are shared when your cohort opens.
Fitness is the anchor habit. Your second goal is entirely yours — diet, a project, reading, sleep, whatever matters most to you right now.
You'll be added to the waitlist and contacted personally when the next cohort opens.
Yes. If it's not for you in the first 30 days, we'll refund you. No hoops.
